DIORO SUNGLASSES ships worldwide. Below you will find detailed information about our shipping methods, delivery times, and costs.

1. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. The shipping cost is included at no charge — you will not be asked to pay any additional shipping fees at checkout.

2. Processing Time

After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we process and dispatch your order within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination country and local postal services.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. They may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, postal delays, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@diorosunglasses.com.

5. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most countries worldwide, with a primary focus on the European market. If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, please contact us at support@diorosunglasses.com before placing your order.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Some international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information before ordering.

If a package is refused at customs or returned to us due to unpaid duties, we will refund the product cost minus any return shipping fees we incur.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@diorosunglasses.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@diorosunglasses.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

A package is considered lost if it has not been delivered within 30 days of dispatch. In that case, we will offer you a free replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the package and the product.
  2. Contact us within 7 days at support@diorosunglasses.com.
  3. Include your order number and the photos.
