For an exchange or return to be accepted, the item(s) must be sent in their original packaging and without signs of use. Otherwise, the warranty will be voided.

We do not cover the costs of exchanges or returns.

Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of payment.

Exchange or return requests will only be accepted if they are within the warranty period.

For an exchange or return to be accepted:

The product must not show any signs of use.

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

The product must be returned in its original, standard condition.

The customer must contact support via the contact information provided on the “ TERMS OF WARRANTY ” page.

The customer must document the condition in which the product was delivered through support contacts.

If it is found that the returned product does not match the technical specifications and condition it was in when it left the company, the company is not obligated to provide any type of refund.
