In cases of purchase cancellation, the refund will be requested within 24 hours (business days) if the payment was made via PIX, and it may take up to ninety business days for the refund to appear in your account. In cases of payment via CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD, the refund will be requested within 72 hours (business days) and will be visible on your card statement/invoice, and it may take up to ninety business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Cancellations will only be valid if requested less than 24 hours after purchase on the DIORO website.
In the case of returns, please follow the terms stated on the “ RETURNS POLICY ” page; the refund terms will be the same as those stated on the “ REFUND POLICY ” page, provided that the return terms are followed correctly.
If it is found that the returned product does not match the technical specifications and condition it was in when it left the company, the company is not obligated to provide any type of refund.
